Amazing! I bought several books from Amazon and none of what I studied appeared on the exam. Here, the study material is way more relevant. I'm attending the police academy from next week!
The oral board and incident report writing sections of the exam are what threw me. Having tried many other books from Amazon and online programs, this course was the only one that set me on the right track.

I couldn't believe how comprehensive their course is. 70 units covering everything you need to know and more, even preparing you for what to expect at a trainee level. Can't thank them enough.
The practice questions are just what I needed. More importantly, each answer explanation was detailed so I was plugging gaps in my knowledge all the way through the course. Can't fault it!.
Excellent course. Better than the outdated textbooks where you just don't know what to study. I came across this site by accident but it made a difference and I passed the exam last week.

I was a bit surprised by this. I failed my police exam twice before and just couldn't make it through. I tried their course and passed on my first attempt! Pretty good value too. Thanks a lot!
Sarasota is a small city of around 60,000 inhabitants at the southern end of the Tampa Bay Area, in Florida. The city is famous as a cultural and tourist Mecca, with a string of small islands just off of the Sarasota waterfront known as “The Keys”, drawing large throngs of tourists and keen water sports enthusiasts to the pristine sandy beaches.
Sarasota also has a lively arts, entertainment and theatre scene: The city is famous as the home of the Ringling Brothers Circus, and for its collection of popular theaters that have hosted the likes of Elvis Presley, Tommy Dorsey and Will Rodgers. This rich cultural history, combined with a thriving university and arts scene, makes Sarasota a lively and vibrant vacation destination.
Sarasota’s economy and overall atmosphere is dominated by the tourist industry. There’s a large job market and low unemployment, but that’s in part due to a large community of retirees and a wealth of healthcare and tourism-related seasonal jobs. Being only one hour away from downtown Tampa, Sarasota is also a popular place to live for well heeled commuters looking for a more laid-back city to call home.
Founded in 1913, the Sarasota Police Department, based on Adams Lane in downtown Sarasota, employs 179 sworn officers and just under 100 civilian staff under the leadership of Chief Bernadette A. DiPino.
For a career in the Sarasota Police Department, applicants must join The Florida Law Enforcement Academy, who give trainees the skills they require to become sworn police officers. To pass the initial entrance test, applicants will have to show competence in a written and physical exam, as well as taking part in a structured oral assessment.
The Florida Law Enforcement Academy test includes 22 weeks (790 hours) of intensive physical and academic preparation, with recruits studying criminal justice, human behavior, law, and criminal investigation.
