Amazing! I bought several books from Amazon and none of what I studied appeared on the exam. Here, the study material is way more relevant. I'm attending the police academy from next week!
The oral board and incident report writing sections of the exam are what threw me. Having tried many other books from Amazon and online programs, this course was the only one that set me on the right track.

I couldn't believe how comprehensive their course is. 70 units covering everything you need to know and more, even preparing you for what to expect at a trainee level. Can't thank them enough.
The practice questions are just what I needed. More importantly, each answer explanation was detailed so I was plugging gaps in my knowledge all the way through the course. Can't fault it!.
Excellent course. Better than the outdated textbooks where you just don't know what to study. I came across this site by accident but it made a difference and I passed the exam last week.

I was a bit surprised by this. I failed my police exam twice before and just couldn't make it through. I tried their course and passed on my first attempt! Pretty good value too. Thanks a lot!
The Salt River region in Arizona is home to two very different Native American tribes, namely: the Pima and the Maricopa. Recognized by the Executive Federal Order of President Rutherford Hayes in the year 1879, the community occupies around 53,600 acres of land to this day. The main sources of livelihood for its residents are the Phoenix Cement Company and two Casinos that are owned and run by the natives.
Salt River Police Department (SRPD) was formed in 1967 to police and safeguard the Maricopa Indian Community of Salt River Pima (SRPMIC). By creating an environment of empathetic, ethical and well-trained team members, the SRPD delivers professional police services to 96 square miles of this region. There are over 500,000 people who visit Salt River Pima for business purposes and to visit its numerous entertainment venues.
The SRPD investigates all crimes that pertain to tribals, as well as those violations of state and federal laws. It also forwards the findings of these investigations to the prosecutors of the specific Federal, State and Tribal courts. All police officers pledge allegiance and service to these three authorities and are tribally sworn, federally sworn and state sworn (AZPOST certified). The SRPD receives around 50,000 calls for service, spanning throughout the year (about 50,000 per year), and undertakes regular patrolling of a geographical area of approximately 195 miles of roadway. It also carries out checks and frisks at the three major state routes with average daily traffic of around 175,000 vehicles. The SRPD also answers a variety of calls for service including those for public assistance, traffic, animal and civil necessities.
The SRPD currently has a team of 180 law enforcement personnel, of which 135 are full-time sworn police officers and the remaining are 45 non-sworn personnel, who help in allied services for the Police Department. With unparalleled respect and concern for the Salt River Maricopa community, which is very different from any other in the country, the SRPD undertakes new and innovative schemes of education and enforcement activities with first-hand experience and excellence.
