Amazing! I bought several books from Amazon and none of what I studied appeared on the exam. Here, the study material is way more relevant. I'm attending the police academy from next week!
The oral board and incident report writing sections of the exam are what threw me. Having tried many other books from Amazon and online programs, this course was the only one that set me on the right track.

I couldn't believe how comprehensive their course is. 70 units covering everything you need to know and more, even preparing you for what to expect at a trainee level. Can't thank them enough.
The practice questions are just what I needed. More importantly, each answer explanation was detailed so I was plugging gaps in my knowledge all the way through the course. Can't fault it!.
Excellent course. Better than the outdated textbooks where you just don't know what to study. I came across this site by accident but it made a difference and I passed the exam last week.

I was a bit surprised by this. I failed my police exam twice before and just couldn't make it through. I tried their course and passed on my first attempt! Pretty good value too. Thanks a lot!
The city of Raleigh is the capital of the state of North Carolina, and the seat of Wake County. The city has a population of around 475,000 people and is fondly known as the “City of Oaks” after its tree lined streets and abundance of parks.
Historic Raleigh escaped damage during the Civil War and is an early example of a “Planned City”, having been pre-designated as the state capital and built using a street grid system. These days, Raleigh is best known as a university city, being the home of North Carolina State University (NCSU), Duke University, North Carolina Central University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
With a temperate climate, plenty of things to do and an economy that tops the US charts year after year, the city of Raleigh is currently enjoying something of a population boom. The city’s strong job market, combined with a laid-back, university atmosphere makes it a popular choice for those looking to relocate for careers in the research, non-profit and bio-tech sectors.
The Raleigh Police Department has around 800 sworn officers on its force, and a further 100 civilian employees that work across six districts covering 145 square miles.
To pass the Raleigh Police Department test, applicants must complete both a physical and written exam, whilst also taking a psychological evaluation and a medical examination. Once accepted, The Raleigh Police Department requires officers to participate in an extensive training program that lasts between 26 to 30 weeks before they can graduate as sworn officers. After completing this basic training, new officers must participate in a further 18 weeks of on-the-job field training.
Application forms for the Raleigh Police Department test can be found online.
